Aretha Franklin keeps the momentum going for her forthcoming album Aretha Franklin Sings The Great Diva Classics.

Following the release of her “Rolling In The Deep” remake, the Queen of Soul adds her soulful touch to Gloria Gaynor’s uplifting anthem “I Will Survive.” Then, without warning, Franklin blends the contemporary melodies of Destiny’s Child’s chart-topping song, “Survivor” into her updated version of Gaynor’s disco track.

After listening to Ms. Franklin’s latest cover, her new conceptual album is shaping up to be an interesting body of work.

Aretha Franklin Sings The Great Diva Classics can be yours on October 21.
