Elijah is back with not one but two new songs: “Technicolor” and “Xana White.”
“Technicolor” has an 80s R&B/pop feel that’s very reminiscent of the late Prince. On the upbeat track, Blake sings, “When I close my eyes / I see you in technicolor / Cause black and white / Don’t do justice for you.”
“Xana White” is a more a laid back track compared to “Technicolor.” “Personal shit, they’ll never get / Don’t show them the one / You know the one (The one of my mmm) Hundreds of pics, video flicks / Don’t say you deleted them / They come in handy when you,” Blake sings.
Both tracks are lifted from Blake’s forthcoming album, Audiology, which drops on August 25 on Steel Wool/EMPIRE.
