Tamia, one of R&B’s most angelic voices, is back with her new album, Passion Like Fire. The project contains 12 songs, including “Deeper,” “Today I Do,” and the lead single “Leave It Smokin’.”
For the album’s production and songwriting, Tamia called on Lil Ronnie, Lewis Sky, Julio Reyes Copello, Shep Crawford and Salaam Remi.
Celebrating her 20th anniversary in the music business, Tamia told Steve Harvey she titled her new album, Passion Like Fire, “because I’m still passionate about music. I love being able to touch people through music. It’s been a great 20 years.”
On September 18, Tamia will kick off her Passion Like Fire Tour in Cleveland at the House of Blues.
Ahead of her tour, Tamia will be performing at the 2018 Black Girls Rock! on September 9 at 8 p.m. EST on BET.
