While Justine Skye continues to “Build” anticipation for her next project, the Roc Nation artist joins DJ Cassidy for a collaborative track titled “Coolin’ By My Side.” On the midtempo flirty track, Skye sings about the joy of having a companion to share special moments with.
“All these party vibes / Within these party lights are cool / But they’ll be cooler with you coolin’ by my side,” Skye sings on the groovy tune.
DJ Cassidy told Billboard his collaboration with Skye was a no-brainer. “We definitely bonded over the themes of travel, party and partnership,” he said. “I couldn’t be happier that she is now literally coolin’ by my side.”
In other news, Skye plans to release her new EP in early 2019.
