We love a holiday classic, with a twist. Masego satisfies our liking with his rich rendition of “My Favorite Things” by The Sound of Music.
Fittingly titled “Favorite Tings,” the well-versed (and well-dressed) musician invades a dimly lit lounge to offer up his version of the festive carol. In typical Masego fashion, he fuses his music stylings of singing, rapping and scatting along with saxophone solo to drive the joyful tune home.
Last month, Masego concluded his successful 25-date tour with VanJess. The tour was in support of his debut album, Lady Lady, which featured “Old Age” with SiR and a jazzy title track.
