Khalid has joined forces with country singer Kane Brown for a new version of “Saturday Nights.”
With Khalid’s mesmerizing vocals still intact, he gives Brown the floor to add his southern flare on the remixed track. “Saturday nights, your work shoes are stilettos/ Smell of cheap perfume/ Makeup on your face, try to hide the pain/ All the lies they look like the truth,” Brown sings.
The original version of “Saturday Nights” appears on Khalid’s Suncity EP, which dropped last October. The singer has been promoting “Vertigo” and “Better” from the project with VEVO performances. Khalid released an accompanying video for the latter track in November.
