Love still seems to be in the air. Snoh Aalegra has released her romantic new song “I Want You Around,” along with its accompanying visual. The video features A$AP Mob member A$AP Twelvyy as her leading man and the two cozy up, sharing intimate moments at home and on the road. Captivating and heartwarming, the visual is shot on Kodak film to give a home movie, old school love feels.
With one of her nods to Stevie Wonder, Aalegra coos on the prehook over the melodically laid back production, “But we can get away / Palm trees, beach views, ordinary day / All I wanna hear is Innervisions on replay / And sit right next to you, you / I try not to show how I feel about you / Thinking we should wait but we don’t really want to / I just wanna get away and sit right next to you.”
It’s been nearly two years since Snoh Aalegra has released new music and this is the perfect comeback.
