Oh, yes, it’s ladies night. BET Networks has handpicked a supreme group of remarkable women in R&B music to perform at this year’s BET Experience in Los Angeles in June.
Mary J. Blige, H.E.R., Summer Walker, and Queen Naija will launch the four-day music event on June 20 for a curated show titled Ladies (U)nite! Bri Steves will also be a part of the all-female lineup.
According to the press release, more details and performers will be revealed for the music experience that leads up the annual BET Awards. Tickets for the 2019 BET Experience are available on their official website.
Most of the ladies announced for this special night are prepping for other upcoming shows and festivals this summer.
Blige, who is reportedly working on three new albums, is set to play at 2019 Essence Festival and the Cincinnati Music Festival in July. H.E.R. will also be at Essence, along with Coachella and the 12 annual Roots Picnic in June.
Additionally, Queen Naija is headed to the second annual Sol Blume Festival on April 17 in Sacramento.
