Today is a bittersweet day for Lyfe Jennings. The R&B veteran has released his final studio album 777 via LJ Music/RBC Records.
Running just under an hour, 777 consists of 16 songs that explores all sides of love and life. The satisfying album includes guest appearances from Tank, Boosie Badazz, Bobby V and Algebra Blessett, who both appear on two separate tracks.
777 involves his era-launching single “Accusing Me,” which became a top 30 R&B hit. He released an amusing music video for the track featuring Jess Hilarious as his love interest.
Jennings hinted on Instagram that he plans to drop a mini-movie for his song “Baby” soon.
Jennings will be support his last album in a city near you. His next stop is on tonight at the Bethesda Jazz & Blues Supper Club in Bethesda, Maryland. Jennings has additional show dates on his official Songkick page.
