H.E.R. isn’t stingy about sharing new music with her fans. The semi-mysterious singer returns with a brand new track titled “Slide” featuring YG.
The west coast rapper opens the Cardo-produced song on a flirtacious note, “You always wear them glasses / You don’t wanna let no sucka look you in your eyes, huh? / Better show off them eyelashes,” he says.
H.E.R. responds in the first verse with, “All you wanna do is gas me / How we end up in the backseat? / Just tryna get to the bag / We on the same page, you the same way / Only keep the fam’ around me / So let me know what it’s gon’ be / I don’t plan on gettin’ no sleep.”
“Slide” is the follow-up to H.E.R.’s previously released songs “21” and “Racks” featuring YBN Cordae.
In August, she released I Used to Know Her LP. Fans are still waiting for H.E.R.’s long-awaited debut album.
