Summer Walker has ‘potential’ to score her first number one album on the Billboard 200 next week.
Hits Daily Double reports her debut album, Over It, is expected to start in the range of 112,000-125,000 in equivalent album units. The LP is aiming to push 11,000-15,000 in pure sales.
If those numbers hold true, it would mark Walker’s best debut on the Billboard 200. Her Last Day of Summer EP opened at No. 44 last year November.
Walker’s new album Over It features her platinum-selling remix “Girls Need Love” with Drake, “Stretch You Out” featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and “Playing Games.”
The record, executive produced by London On Da Track, also includes guest appearances from Usher, Bryson Tiller, Jhené Aiko, and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
On October 26, Walker will launch her First and Last Tour to support her new album. Tickets are available now.
