Singer/songwriter Re’Lxuise is closing out the year with her latest EP, 2. Following her Back EP, the independent artist continues to take creative control. She wrote, vocal-arranged and co-produced on all five tracks.
Her skills are effortlessly exemplified on this EP. From the full-bodied and stacked background vocals to song delivery, Re’Lxuise takes her craft seriously without a doubt.
As she became an independent artist this year, the journey hasn’t been easy.
“As I close out this musical chapter … This has been a really tough year for me,” she shared on Instagram. “Adjusting to being a full time creative and trying to make moves with no real team, financing & investing in myself, dealing with depression & second-guessing my purpose, mastering my craft… everything has been a task to say the least. I’ve found my rhythm with it finally!”
