Queen Naija is back, and all she’s asking for is a “Good Morning Text” in her latest video.
In the contemplative video, Naija reminisces about the good times she had with her partner, played by rapper Dave East.
Directed by John Tashiro, the visual sees the singer-songwriter questioning the loyalty of her lover through song in a dance studio as well as in her home.
“Hope you guys loved the video !,” Naija tweeted about the video’s release. “SN: Clarence and I both are the ones who came up with the treatment and the fact that I should have someone else in my video. FYI.”
“Good Morning Text” is the singer-songwriter’s second release of 2019 following “Away From You,” released in May.
Naija released the single for “Good Morning Text” back in October.
