Jade Novah never seems to disappoint. The multifaceted entertainer has gifted us with her breezy new single “Somebody Son.”
The track, which is Novah’s first song since her All Blue era, features super chill guitar riffs and synths over rhythm-heavy trap drums. Novah belts about her desires of kicking it with “somebody’s son” and thinking of him as the “perfect one” in the song’s lyrics.
The cover art features Novah and her husband Devin on one of their first dates, according to her Instagram post regarding the song. “Thank you so much for all the support you’ve already shown! I love y’all #superNOVAHs,” Novah said in the post.
The Ohio-native also announced she is embarking on a North American Stages Tour with stops in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Houston, and Atlanta. Tickets are available on her official website.
