Following his acclaimed four-night stint at The Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington D.C., Maxwell has announced his A Night at the Symphony tour.
The R&B legend will perform a run of symphony shows with world-class orchestras. The mini tour will hit major cities in the U.S. including Baltimore, Detroit, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Fans can expect to hear reimagined orchestral versions of Maxwell’s classic songs — the hits and the gems.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I think that what started when I was 16 years old would take me to such a prestigious experience,” Maxwell said in a press release. “It’s my greatest joy to announce that I will be playing songs from my catalog which I’m re-arranging for your symphonic pleasure.”
