Diana Gordon is back with more vibes. The Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter has returned with her new single titled “Rollin.”
The trap-rock&B tune is all about releasing your inhibitions and living in the moment.
“Take the night and mix it with the pain / Say some shit you know you shouldn’t say / Find someone who wanna do the same / I do not waste no time, I put the claim on mine,” Gordon sings on the infectious anthem.
“When I wrote this record, all I could think about was the live show,” says Gordon. “It took me back to singing in the choir at my church in Jamaica, Queens. The culture of moshing feels a lot like the culture of the black church. People shaking off them demons.”
“Rollin” is the follow-up to Gordon’s 2019 single “Becoming,” which is also a celebratory tune.
