It’s been nearly seven years since we last heard solo material from singer-songwriter RaVaughn.
Known for her songs like “Best Friend” and “Better Be Good,” the California native breaks her musical silence with a new song titled “Water.”
The Lil Rod-produced song was inspired by the saying “water under the bridge.”
RaVaughn explained the meaning of the song in an Instagram post. “WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE: used to refer to events or situations that are in the past and consequently no longer to be regarded as important or as a source of concern,” she wrote.
It is unclear if “Water” is lifted from a project of some sort.
