Lyrica Anderson is requesting for the bellhop to take her bags up on her emancipating new single “Marriott.”
This savage track carries a blunt message after Anderson decides to move on from a lover who can’t seem to be faithful.
Instead of dealing with her man’s sloppy behavior again, the singer proves that she can do bad all by herself and books a room for herself and her son.
“I don’t gotta sit and take it / When you come home you gonna see, it’s vacant like you did my patience / Blowin’ my phone where is your son / He’s straight I’m straight we straight,” she proclaims.
Anderson also releases the accompanying visual for “Marriott.” Watch it above.
“Marriott” follows Anderson’s 2018 EP Strength. The LP included the “Cold” single featuring Moneybagg Yo and “Typo.”
