Pink Sweat$ has a strong pull-up game…for the right person, that is. The Atlantic Records signee has released a new stylistic crossover jam called “Ride With Me.”
Like syndicated ear candy, this yes or no love note has mainstream appeal. The dreamy, yet catchy lyrics coupled with the innocent vocals of Sweat$ make this song ideal for a guy trying to take his relationship to the next level.
“‘Cause if it ain’t love, then it ain’t worth shit / I just got a whip with the all-black tints / I just wanna know that you by my side / I just wanna know that you down to slide,” he sings on the pre-chorus.
In February, Sweat$ released the banjo-tinged love song “17” shortly after the ink dried on his major label contract. The latter is billed as the first single for his forthcoming debut album.
Last year, Sweat$ had the music game in a chokehold with his back-to-back releases Volume 1 and Volume 2.
