The Bonfyre has flirted with the R&B audiences since the release of her Ready To Love EP in 2018. Now after striking consecutive number-one R&B singles, the singer unleashes Love, Lust & Letdowns: Chapter One.
Released on L.A. Reid’s Hitco imprint, the six-track effort is the first installment of her trilogy debut album. The release includes the previously shared single “U Say” featuring 6LACK that went No. 1 on the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart.
According to reports, the Wale-assisted track “U Remind Me” will be released as the next radio single.
Elated about the arrival of her album rollout, The Bonfyre assured fans that the nearly two years wait was worth it. She promised that she put “every single piece” of herself in the release.

The Bonfyre, whose voice thrives on 80s R&B appeal, hopes that Love, Lust & Letdowns will serve as “an outlet for you to pour into and forget the world, forget your pain and make you feel joy” like it did when she recorded it.
