India.Arie is all about peaceful vibes in her latest video, “Crazy.”
Co-directed by Arie and Nandy McClean, she expresses relationships and the questions they pose in this stunning visual.
It opens with Arie in a calming blue hued space, centering herself with some meditation. In a decorative dress, she approaches her soon to be husband, played by actor Lyriq Bent (She’s Gotta Have It). The two solidify their union in a very private ceremony overlooking the mountains.
The newlyweds enjoy some self-care activities together, such as yoga and painting. During a very cozy nap, Arie gets transported in to a dream state where she’s met and embraced by another man. She then has to decide which form of healing is best for her.
“Crazy” is lifted from Arie’s latest album, Worthy, which includes her Grammy-nominated hit “Steady Love.”
