Tamar Braxton has racked up her seventh top 10 hit on the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart, as “Crazy Kind Of Love” advanced from 11-10 the tracking week of June 13.
The Whitney Houston-inspired record continues to move upward and makes it the number nine position in its 12th week (June 20).
The Hitmaka-produced love song makes Braxton’s first top 10 R&B single since 2017, when “My Man,” lifted from Bluebird of Happiness, peaked at number three.
“Crazy Kind Of Love,” which has nearly 1.4 million streams on Spotify, is taken from the True to The Game II soundtrack. There is still no solid talk about a new album.
Braxton is keeping herself busy outside of the world with VH1’s To Catch A Beautician. The R&B star co-hosts the reality show every Monday night at 9 p.m. EST with celebrity stylist Johnny Wright.
