The Colleagues have teamed up with R&B trio The HamilTones for their new single “Thank You Enough.”
The inspirational track, co-penned by Breland and The HamilTones, pulls elements of gospel with a twist of R&B/soul.
“I grew up listening to Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Fred Hammond and many other legendary Gospel artists,” KP of The Colleagues tells Rated R&B. “I still depend on their music to get me through.”
He adds, “I’ve always wanted to create something that could be that song someone leans on — especially in these times. I’m a huge fan of The HamilTones and Breland so it made sense to just get them in the studio and create this song.”
“Thank You Enough” is The Colleagues’ first single since their Love Dates and Heartbreaks album, which dropped in February. The all-woman project includes a guest appearance from Tiffany Evans on “Get Out of My Head.” In 2019, they released their all-male project, Another Love Story.
