If you’ve been looking for new SZA music, look no further. The R&B phenomenon has returned with her new single “Hit Different” featuring Ty Dolla $ign, along with a supporting video.
“Hit Different” marks a new era for SZA and gives fans hope for her highly anticipated sophomore album. It’s her first leading single since her Ctrl era. Her debut album opened at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. The album spawned multiple singles, including the platinum-selling “Love Galore” featuring Travis Scott and “The Weekend,” as well as “Broken Clocks,” and “Garden (Say It Like That).”
Ctrl also helped SZA score her first-ever nominations at the 60th Grammy Awards for Best New Artist, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best R&B Song (“Supermodel”), Best Rap/Sung Performance (“Love Galore”) and Best R&B Performance (“The Weekend”).
Earlier this year, SZA teamed up with Justin Timberlake for their joint single “The Other Side” from the Trolls World Tour movie soundtrack.
