Rising singer/songwriter/producer Ye Ali has released his new album, Private Suite 3, the third installment of the series since March 2019.
The 16-track effort is full of melodious tunes that are perfect for the bedroom. It includes features from Jahkoy, Dcmbr, Ian Isiah, Tre Ward, Danny Win, Ryahn and Lyfe Harris.
“Private Suite 3 is an evolution of me being in LA, I came for the first time in 2015 and recorded Private Suite 1 at the SLS hotel. I had saved up my money to get a room for a night just to see how luxury felt for just 24 hours,” Ali explains to Rated R&B.
He adds, “Private Suite 3 feels like luxury and sex and inspiration all combined into one — from the saxophones in ‘Sex Tonight’ to the 2000s Brandy-esque production on ‘Ride n slide.’ People love 90s R&B but I wanted to draw from the 2000s era more on this tape. It was the first time I’d rapped on a project in quite some time and it was great finding the balance on songs like ‘Hot’ and ‘My Moves.'”
