If you’re looking to update your Valentine’s Day playlist with new music, Otis Kane’s “Without You” should be a good fit.
Inspired by the ’50s/’60s era of R&B, “Without You” is a pleasant tune that beautifully expresses a connection between two lovers.
“This song is an ode to the classic love songs I listened to as a kid, that really made me fall in love with music. It’s straightforward and heartfelt, which is who I am at my core,” Kane explained in a statement.
He added, “We all have people that we cling to, that come into our lives unexpectedly, and all of a sudden we don’t ever want to be without them. I hope that when people listen to this, they can tap into those feelings and smile. Maybe call that person, or better yet, listen with that person. Those moments are what make music so special to me.”
“Without You” is the follow-up to Kane’s 2020 tracks “Lost” and “Fight For You.” Kane is gearing up to release his new EP on February 5.
