Aloe Blacc continues to serve up cuts from the pending expanded edition of last year’s All Love Everything. For this New Music Friday, the thematic artist has come out with the new song “Other Side.”
Staying on the path of perseverance, Blacc utilizes this soul-stirring song to narrate an uphill battle that he conquers, walking arm in arm with an equally down and out companion.
“No matter how long, no matter how tired / Together we’ll weather the storm, it will be alright,” he assures on the piano-laden tune.
Blacc recently collaborated with country superstar LeAnn Rimes for a gorgeous duet rendition of “I Do,” the lead single from All Love Everything. It, too, will appear on the LP’s deluxe version, which arrives on March 12 via BMG.
