Four years after releasing their sophomore album The Space Between, Majid Jordan has finally returned with Wildest Dreams via OVO Sound / Warner Records.
The new album features hip-hop heavyweights Diddy and Drake, as well as Swae Lee, who’s on the opening track “Dancing on a Dream,” an ‘80s dance timepiece. The OVO Sound head shows up on “Stars Aligned,” a woman’s pursuit for a generous man that is unavailable for anything but hooking up.
On “Sway,” Diddy does just that, supplying the flirtatious dance number with encouraging ad-libs to move with the groove.
Nestled between the high-profile collaborations are previously-shared tracks like the lead-off “Waves of Blue,” “Been Through That” and “Summer Rain.”
Starting November 11, Majid Jordan will kick off their tour in support of Wildest Dreams. The cities include San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Brooklyn, New York, and Toronto. Tickets for the shows are now available.
