Rising singer and dancer OWENN will join pop sensation Taylor Swift on select dates of her headlining Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour.
Swift will kick off the U.S. leg of her tour on March 18, 2023, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
However, OWENN will begin his stint as an opening act beginning June 2, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois, at Soldier Field. He will play six shows that month and will return in August at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
OWENN went to Instagram to share a heartfelt message of gratitude.
“Honestly I have no words and I can’t believe I’m announcing this… I’m so blessed and grateful for this opportunity. Thank you @taylorswift a million times over !!! Come see me opening for T on “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour“ next year,” OWENN wrote in a caption.
“Can’t wait to perform for you guys and be apart of this greatness !! This is truly a dream. Thank you everyone for all the support.. I’m still processing! I Can’t wait to jam with you all at the shows and share more music with you SOON! 🌹🌹♥️♥️ #TSTheErasTour”
Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. local time on Nov. 18 on ticketmaster.com.
OWENN will likely perform his debut single, “Baby Girl,” which released in 2021 via Island Records.
“‘Baby Girl’ is an ode to all the women in the world,” he explained. “Being raised by a single mom, ‘Baby Girl’ really spoke to me.”
He added, “Never have I ever felt so many emotions all at once. I’m excited and I’m ready to inspire the world with ‘Baby Girl’ and great music.”
In July, OWENN returned with his second single “Rest Of My Life.” Both songs will appear on OWENN’s debut EP, which is set to release in 2023.
As noted above, OWENN isn’t just a rising singer but a renowned dancer and choreographer. He became a staple of Swift’s 1989 Tour and Reputation Tour. He also co-starred in Swift’s “Lover” video, which she directed with Drew Kirsch.
In an Instagram post, OWENN revealed his favorite scene from the “Lover” video.
“My favorite scene In this was the green room ! Not only because it’s my favorite color but because I got to watch the incredible @taylorswift master playing #lover on the drums,” he said.

Most recently, OWENN choreographed parts of rapper Lil Nas X’s Long Live Montero Tour. In September, OWENN opened for him at his New York City tour stop at Radio City Music Hall.
OWENN’s resumé also includes Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus (Bangerz World Tour), and Rihanna (Loud World Tour), among others.
