Emerging Caribbean-Dutch singer Naomi Sharon has released her latest single, “Regardless.”
The acoustic track, produced by Beau Nox and Jack Rochon, explores the power of unconditional love — particularly during challenging times.
“Even if I’m brokenhearted, I’ll still stick around / Even if you’re brokenhearted, I’ll still come around / ‘Cause I love you regardless,” Sharon delicately sings.
“Regardless” is the follow-up to Sharon’s “Definition of Love” and “Another Life,” which was packaged with its B-side “Celestial.”
All four tracks will appear on her debut album, Obsidian, out Oct. 20 via OVO Sound. The album will also include her 2021 song “Hills” as a bonus track.
When Sharon released “Another Life” in January, it was also announced that she was the first woman to sign to Drake’s OVO Sound label. Her labelmates include PARTYNEXTDOOR, dvsn, Majid Jordan and Roy Woods.
“@naomisharon I been waiting for this day for too long now where the world finally gets to digest the insane amount of work you have put in since we met,” Drake wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
