Chris Brown has unveiled the music video for his latest single, “Go Girlfriend.”
The Jamar Harding-directed video takes place at a quiet nightclub—that is, until Brown arrives, bringing the party to life.
Throughout the clip, we see Brown surrounded by women and, of course, showing off his electrifying moves on the dance floor and on top of the bar.
“Go Girlfriend” appears on Breezy’s 11:11 (Deluxe) album. This expanded project includes all 22 songs from the standard edition plus 13 bonus tracks.
11:11 (Deluxe) features collaborations with Bryson Tiller, Mario, Davido, Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, and Tee Grizzley.
The standard version of 11:11 features the singles “Summer Too Hot” and “Sensational” with Davido and Lojay. Other featured artists include Future, Fridayy, Maeta, and Byron Messia.
“Sensational” is nominated for the Viewer’s Choice Award at the 2024 BET Awards. Brown is nominated in two other categories, including Album of the Year (11:11) and Best Male R&B/Pop Artist. The BET Awards airs live Sunday, June 30, at 8 p.m. ET on BET.
Brown won’t be attending the BET Awards, though. He’ll be at the Baltimore stop of his 11:11 Tour that night. Brown’s headlining tour, which will see support from Muni Long, Ayra Starr, and Maeta, begins June 5 in Detroit. The tour wraps up Aug. 7 in Los Angeles.
On another note, Brown has been in his features bag lately. Earlier this month, he joined J. Valentine on his single “UnLonely.” In April, Brown appeared on Nicki Minaj‘s “FTCU (Sleeze Mix)” with Travis Scott and Sexyy Red, and on Skylar Blatt’s “Wake Up.”
