R&B superstar Chris Brown and rap icon Nicki Minaj have reunited after five years. Brown appears on Minaj’s “FTCU (Sleeze Mix),” alongside rappers Travis Scott and Sexyy Red, which is out now on Republic Records.
On the club-banger track, Brown ditches his vocals for a fiery rap verse: “I shoot my shot at a b*tch, and I know I won’t miss / But these n***as be blocking like goalies,” he raps.
As noted above, Brown and Minaj are no strangers to working together. Before “FTCU (Sleeze Mix),” they last collaborated on Brown’s “Wobble Up” from his 2019 album, Indigo.
Here is a breakdown of Brown and Minaj’s previous collaborations:
- “Wobble Up,” Chris Brown feat. Nicki Minaj & G-Eazy (2019)

Minaj’s “FTCU (Sleeze Mix)” is a remix of her club-banger from her fifth album, Pink Friday 2, released in December. The Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe) album includes the Monica and Keyshia Cole-assisted “Love Me Enough.” Speaking of Monica, the R&B legend is a special guest on the North American leg of Minaj’s in-demand Pink Friday 2 World Tour.
As for Brown, he released his 11:11 (Deluxe) album last Thursday (April 11) via RCA Records. The extended edition features 13 new songs, with appearances by Bryson Tiller, Mario, Davido, Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, and Tee Grizzley.
The standard version of 11:11 was released Nov. 10, 2022. The album was preceded by the singles “Summer Too Hot” and “Sensational” featuring Davido and Lojay.
This summer, Brown will kick off his 11:11 Tour with special guests Maeta, Muni Long and Ayra Starr.
