The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige, has unveiled the 2025 dates for The For My Fans Tour. She will be joined by special guests Ne-Yo and Mario.
The Live Nation-powered tour begins Jan. 30, 2025, at Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. From there, MJB and the R&B gents will visit Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Toronto, Washington, D.C., New York, and more.
The 27-city tour concludes April 27 in Miami.
“I am so excited to kick off this tour. I have amazing fans and am so grateful for all of the love and support they have given me throughout the years,” says Blige. “This tour is for them, and I cannot wait to be able to travel to all these cities and see everyone. I am in such a place of immense gratitude and peace at this moment, so also having the chance to release my new album Gratitude on November 15th ahead of this tour is really special to me.”
Artist presale tickets for The For My Fans Tour will be available Tuesday, Oct. 1, with additional presales running throughout the week. Presale for Citi cardmembers begins Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m. local time and runs through Thursday, Oct. 3, at 11:59 p.m. local time.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 4, at 10 a.m. local time. Fans who want to enhance their experience can purchase one of the VIP packages. Per Live Nation, “Packages vary but include premium tickets including reserved booths and tables, access to the VIP Lounge, exclusive VIP merch item, limited edition VIP poster and more.”
As Blige indicated above, her upcoming tour will support her 15th studio album, Gratitude, which releases Nov. 15 via her Beautiful Life Productions imprint in partnership with 300 Entertainment.
Blige confirmed the album title when she stopped by the SHERRI show for its season three premiere. “It’s called Gratitude because that’s where I am,” Blige explained to host Sherri Shepherd.
Blige continued, “I mean, look at my life right now. I’m in a constant state of gratitude. I feel good. I have jobs and opportunities. I’m healthy. My family’s healthy. I have people around that care for me and love me. And I have amazing fans. I’m so grateful to my fans for all the years of love that they’ve given me and support.”
Gratitude will include the lead single “Breathing” featuring Fabolous.
Before Blige releases her new album and embarks on her 2025 tour, she will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on Oct. 19 in Cleveland. The organization recently announced Ella Mai and Lucky Daye as performers for Blige’s tribute, who will also take the stage to celebrate her iconic three-decade career.
