The-Dream is back. The certified hitmaker has returned with his new single “Bring That Body.”

On the steamy track, The-Dream offers to relieve a woman from a no-good lover. “Shawty, bring that body over here / Leave f**k-n*** over there,” he sings.

“Bring That Body” is the first taste from The-Dream’s new album, Love/Hate II, which will release via his new partnership with Republic Records through RadioKilla Records.

Love/Hate II will mark The-Dream’s first album under a major label since 2013’s IV Play. Since then, he has released three albums independently: Genesis (2017), Ménage à Trois: Sextape Vol. 1, 2, 3 (2018) and SXTP4.

Love/Hate II is the sequel to the “Falsetto” singer’s debut album, Love/Hate (2007). The seamless body of work also included staples such as “Shawty Is Da Sh*t,” “I Luv Your Girl” and “Fast Car.”

In an Instagram post, The-Dream seemingly confirmed collaborators on LoveHate 2, including Usher, Kelly Rowland and T.I. “LOVEHATE 2 Arrived at Vinyl press today! Let’s Go! @radiokillarecords,” he wrote. “Special Thanks to my Family TIP, USHER, PUSHA SWIZZBEATZ, KELLY ROWLAND, ROZAY, TRICKY, LOS DA MYSTRO.”

In 2022, The-Dream teased a documentary about his debut album. It was slated to arrive in December” in honor of its 15th anniversary. He wrote on X, “LoveHate Documentary DECEMBER 2022 ……………15 Years Later……… The Album that Changed Everything. Do you remember where you were when you first heard THE-DREAM’s First Album “Love Me All Summer, Hate Me All Winter”?………”

Last year, The-Dream confirmed that his next album was complete. “ALBUM DONE! This particular one kinda wrote it self! Can’t Wait to start shooting these vids and pressing these vinyls asap!” he wrote.

“Been 10 years since I released a comercial [sic] Album. I wasn’t inspired to do so, but I am now! Incoming,” The-Dream added, before assuring “I promise This is Not a drill!”
