After dropping her new album, See Me, last week, Leela James shares a visual for the standout track “You’re The One.”
Throwing the ultimate kickback must be James’ specialty. She and her company are having the time of their lives at her grow and sexy house party. James gets her moment alone in a few scenes, from singing atop a classic car to a glamour shot in a cozy space.
James shared early tracks “Complicated” and “Put It On Me” leading up to See Me. The former launched the era, giving the soul singer a fresh top 10 R&B hit.
In a recent interview with Rated R&B, James discussed how a toxic relationship guided the restorative and uplifting nature of the album. Check out the in-depth conversation and album here.
