Bryson Tiller is gearing up for a comeback. The Louisville, Kentucky, native has announced that he is dropping a new song on Sept. 8.

The untitled track will serve as the lead single to Tiller’s forthcoming album, which currently does not have a release date. Tiller teased his upcoming single via a video posted on Instagram.

“Next week, Sept. 8, I will be dropping the first single to my new album, which we will talk about later. I’m super excited about it. It’s been a minute. And I’ve been waiting on this sh*t to drop for a while,” a shirtless Tiller said while soaking up the sun.

Tiller’s upcoming album will follow his 2021 project, A N N I V E R S A R Y (Deluxe), an extension of 2020’s A N N I V E R S A R Y that included five extra tracks. The album was released in honor of his grandmother who passed away in April 2020. “I wanna dedicate this new album to my granny. i love you and i promise i’ll take care of everything you left behind,” he shared in a tweet.

In early November 2021, Tiller released his Killer Instinct 2: The Nightmare Before mixtape. Later that month, he returned with a holiday-inspired album titled A Different Christmas. The seven-song project featured appearances from Justin Bieber, Kiana Ledé, Poo Bear, Tayla Parx and Tiller’s daughter Halo.

Fast forward to 2022. In March, he teamed with British DJ/producer Joel Corry and French DJ/producer David Guetta on their dance track titled “What What You Do?” Three months later, he partnered with music mogul and artist Diddy on “Gotta Move On,” the lead single to his upcoming collaborative album. Tiller performed the party-ready groove alongside Diddy at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, which Diddy hosted, and the 2022 BET Awards.

In the meantime, watch Bryson Tiller an Diddy’s video for “Gotta Move On” below.
