Has it already been five years since Bryson Tiller released his forward-looking album Trapsoul? The Grammy-nominated artist commemorates the groundbreaking release with his third album Anniversary. It marks Tiller’s first full-length project since 2017’s True to Self.
The album has 10 tracks, including the two previously released songs: the relatable “Always Forever” and the sensual jam “Inhale.” The LP includes a guest spot from rap phenomenon Drake.
Tiller said Anniversary is dedicated to his beloved grandmother that he lost in April 2020. “Keep Doing What You’re Doing,” the second to last song on the album, is immensely important to him because it was revealed that she suggested the title when she recently wished him a happy birthday.
