Alicia Keys made her return to Saturday Night Live to serve as the musical guest.
The 35-year-old singer performed her fresh single “In Common” for the first time. The Illangelo-produced song is the lead single from Keys’ forthcoming album that’s due later this summer.
She also debuted a gospel-inspired song called “Hallelujah.”
“Hallelujah, hallelujah, let me in / I’ve been praying but I’m paying for my sins / Won’t you give me a sign if I lose my mind?,” she passionately sang.
