Justine Skye puts an acoustic spin on her fan-favorite single “Maybe.”
The Brooklyn native has released a “deconstructed” live visual of the soothing track.
“I wanted to let fans in a little on my creative process during this video,” Skye explained to Rated R&B. “The single is written with a lot of honesty and I felt the raw or deconstructed version of this was necessary to capture and share.”
The original version of “Maybe” is lifted from Skye’s Bare With Me EP, which dropped last year. The project features contributions from top-notch producers and songwriters including Hit-Boy (Jay Z, Nicki Minaj), James Fauntleroy (Rihanna, Bruno Mars), P2J (Beyoncé, GoldLink), Dre Skull (Drake, Wizkid) and Ari PenSmith (Chris Brown, Snoh Aalegra).
