Renowned hitmaker Victoria Monét is blazing her own musical trail with the sultry and sophisticated “Moment.”
The self-written track features Monét smooth vocals over a seductive overture complete with strings and a lo-fi bassline. The Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter makes it clear that she is not playing games.
“Life is but a dream that you manifested slowly / So fuck a fantasy, this your motherfucking moment,” Monét belts on the track.
“‘Moment’ is a song about lust transformed to reality,” the Los Angeles native said in a press release. It’s a song encouraging a lover to step up to the beauty once imagined and make the satisfaction worth all of the salivation at last.”
Monét is on a roll with new music as she released “Ass Like That” at the end of 2019. Monét released her latest EP Life After Love Pt. 2 back in 2018.
