Budding singer-songwriter Parisalexa is blooming into an R&B force with her single “Troubled Waters.
On her latest song, the Seattle, Washington native rides the wave on the happiness of her relationship, putting her print on an uber-romantic record.
“In a day where many relationships have no strings attached, falling in love seems a little outdated,” says Parisalexa about her latest single.
She continues, “I wrote this song about a relationship that seemed like it could either turn into real love or big trouble. Either way, I was gonna enjoy the ride.”
The single comprises three tracks, including the self-entitled new song as well as previously-released hits “Chocolate” and “2 Real.”
All three songs are lifted from Parisalexa’s upcoming album 2 Real, out April 24.
