Jhene Aiko has much to celebrate. Her debut album, “Souled Out,” debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. According to Hits Daily Double, Aiko sold 71,230 copies during her first week of sales. Aiko’s album also snagged the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart.

“Souled Out,” released on September 9, follows the release of Aiko’s EP “Sail Out” and her mixtape “Sailing Souls.” The 14-track offering includes previously released songs “The Pressure” and “To Love & Die” featuring Cocaine 80s. The album also features guest appearances from Common and Aiko’s daughter Namiko and her late brother Miyagi.
