Ella Mai is booked — again. The British act has been announced as the latest musical guest to perform on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
The episode, which airs on November 17, will mark Mai’s first appearance on SNL. The weekend performance comes just days before the singer rides a float in this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Mai’s SNL gig will support her self-titled debut album, which arrived last month. The LP features her smash hits “Boo’d Up” and “Trip.” The latter DJ Mustard-produced track is No. 17 (peak: 11) on the Billboard Hot 100 this week. The song is currently number one on urban radio.
Starting in January 2019, Mai will embark on a world tour.
