Tweet fans are in for a treat this February. As she gears up to release the lead single off her forthcoming album, the soft-voiced songstress will release unreleased gems every Tuesday.
For the first installment of Tweet Tuesdays, the singer reimagines “Way to Love” from 2013’s Simply Tweet EP. Changing the swift pace and vocal arrangement of the original cut, she goes for a more laggard approach this time around.
Prior to rereleasing “Way to Love,” Tweet appeared on BET’s Finding series. She touched on a number of interesting topics, including her next studio album. She revealed the untitled LP is complete and will feature appearances from BJ The Chicago Kid and Raphael Saadiq. She hopes to get Bilal a part of this project or a future joint album.
