With the warm weather about to break, Steve Lacy (of The Internet) has the perfect song for the budding spring romance.
His new guitar-driven single “N-Side” paints a concise image of young love that is blossoming quickly.
“Damn, now we movin’ kinda fast / It’s cool, I guess you get a pass / I’ma kiss ya neck and grab ya ass / And when I do it, I’ma make it fast,” he coos carelessly.
Prior to his release of “N Side,” an announcement of two solo albums from members of quintet surfaced on their official Twitter page. One project is expected to drop later this month while the second will debut in May. At this time, there is no word on which band members will get to shine on their own.

If Lacy is a part of the album rollout, it will be his first solo project since 2017’s Steve Lacy’s Demo.
The Internet is playing dates in South America later this month and in May to promote their latest album Hive Mind. The album appeared at No. 9 on Rated R&B’s top 25 R&B projects of 2018 list.
The cinque will also perform at the 2019 Governors Ball Music Festival, which will be held on May 31-June 2, 2019 at Randall’s Island Park in New York City. Tickets are available here.
