Love can be such a crazy thing — literally. Jacob Latimore and Trevor Jackson find themselves in quite a jam in the “Tru Shit” video, directed by Jackson.
Both dealing with insecure partners, the video begins with Latimore trying to spend quality time with his girl. After she accuses him of looking at the waitress for too long, she attempts to knock him out with his drink but he switches the wine glasses unexpectedly.
While Jackson is out shopping, he runs into a fan and they take an innocent photo together. With his girl’s nimble ninja skills, she flips into the store and tries to sedate him with a blow dart but he catches it before it can hit him. You’ll have to see the rest of the video to see what other craziness ensues.
To support his sophomore album Connection 2, Latimore will launch The Connection Tour on May 2 in New York. The tour will wrap up on May 23 in Atlanta, with additional dates to come.
As for Jackson, he is set to release his next album, Rough Drafts: Pt. 2, later this spring. He has released a few singles and videos for “Puddles” and “Warning.”
