Lizzo made her television award show debut at the 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards on Monday night.
The multitalented artist took the Barker Hangar stage to perform “Juice” from her debut album Cuz I Love You. Showing off a high ponytail and dressed in an extravagant getup, Lizzo and her gang of wild dancers rocked the crowd with high energy and Sister Act 2 vocal vibes.
Lizzo, who is starring in the strip club drama Hustlers, is making her second award show performance later this month. The rising act is set to give the girls life at 2019 BET Awards on Sunday, June 23.
This fall, she will reboot her Cuz I Love You Tour with the second leg. She will also play at the 2019 Austin City Limits Festival, alongside Childish Gambino.
In chart news, Lizzo’s latest radio single “Truth Hurts” enters the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 17 this week. The song appears on the deluxe edition of Cuz I Love You.
