Undefined relationships are real, and they work for Kiana Ledé. The singer shares the benefits of a label-free romance on her new single “Title.”
Ledé makes it clear she isn’t putting any pressure on her “man” from the beginning of the wispy solo, singing, “Don’t care what we call it/ It’s all here when you want it.” Her seductive tone is quite convincing as she lays down the disclaimer that what she and her friend have is more than love and shouldn’t be tagged for tradition sake.
“Title” comes a week after the release of Ledé’s “Heavy” music video. The song adds to her catalog of music for 2019, following her EP Myself.
On September 1, Ledé will embark on a 22-city tour to support her latest EP. The first show is in Seattle. She also makes room in her tour itinerary for H.E.R.’s inaugural Lights On Festival, which takes place on September 14.
