Yuna continues to work her new album Rouge on the performance front. Following her Vevo studio appearance in July, the Malaysian artist has returned to deliver a live rendition of “Amy.”
For the soul-stirring performance, Yuna reunites with her two-man band from last time. Coupled with their gorgeous keys and guitar riffs, Yuna bears beautiful vocal runs about a long-lost girlfriend who took a disastrously, different path in life.
On the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart this week, Yuna has earned a top 20 hit for “Blank Marquee” featuring G-Eazy. Her last major success on this chart was for “Best Love,” which peaked at No. 2.
Last month, Yuna released a self-directed video for “(Not) The Love of Your Life.”
Yuna will keep the promotion going for Rouge at Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Festival in November. She will unleash live versions of more new album cuts on her winter overseas tour that kicks off on December 2. Tickets are available now on her official website.
