Sebastian Mikael visited BET’s Imagine Room to perform for an intimate crowd.
Sporting a tan bucket hat and an embroidered Moshood tunic, Mikael was certainly providing the “futuristic soul-funk” vibes as he performed “Mission” and “Time” from his I C U U C Me Pt. 1 & 2 EPs.
He was accompanied by a background singer and a keyboard player to enhance the close-knit performance. The Swedish-born singer didn’t disappoint, amplifying his selections with ad-libs and falsetto notes that sounded fresh off the original track.
Fans can catch Mikael opening up for Mahalia on the American leg of the ‘Love and Compromise’ tour, performing a soulful set from his groovy two part EP.
